Like any work truck that treks hard seasonal Canadian winters, our 2008 Dodge Ram 5500 flat deck with over 500,000 kilometers on it was in need of a makeover. Even with regular detailing, wear and tear still takes its toll. It was also time that we changed over the graphics to our new corporate colours and logo.
This truck has served us well over the years and has been all over North America. It was the first brand new truck we ever purchased for our fleet and was essentially the truck that got our business started aside from our previous 1997 Dodge Ram 3500. However, being a 2 ton truck, the 5500 was all around more capable and expanded our service capacity. Check out the transformation story in the photos below.

After having the deck professionally polished.
After having pulled the old vinyl off and refinishing the wood deck. Sanding the deck was not easy!
And while we had it out of commission we decided just to do a complete brake system overhaul on it as well. Proper maintenance is the key to reliability!
