We had the honour to transport this beautifully preserved original 1989 Camaro IROC Z from Penticton, BC to Tsawwassen, BC.
The car was having some work done to it by its original owner and pilot Bill Drossos who raced it back in the 1989 Players Challenge Series. I remember going to the Vancouver Molson Indy and watching this series as a young boy. It’s now a privilege to actually have gotten my hands on one of the cars! Especially since this day in age you don’t see many of them around anymore.
1989 was the first year of the 1LE R7U Camaro and this particular IROC Z is 1 of 76 1LE’s and 1 of 74 R7U’s. R7U being the Players GM Motorsport option code.
